Spencer tape is made of steel coated with white lining, described on both sides with a black scale of millimeters, the meter scale is described in red. The self-winding mechanism is constructed using a steel spring providing adequate tension and retraction at optimum speed. Tapes are legalized and meet the requirements of the European Union.
